As people's living standards continue to improve and the pace of life accelerates Any industry inevitably needs to queue up.Banks,hospitals,restaurants,factories and other places need to line up.A large number of people or vehicles waiting in a noisy environment will cause anxiety.Nowadays,the calling system can realize the basic queuing-calling service,and its functions include: queuing the customers who arrive first;realizing customer calls and so on.However,it lacks a certain degree of flexibility.It is only first-come,first-served,unable to achieve emergency queue processing and provide customers with differentiated services.In this paper,by comparing the business of the traditional calling system.After system design and analysis,a number calling system is developed based on the B/S architecture.On the basis of the common calling system,add queue adjustment,priority calling,priority setting,cancel calling,real-time monitoring,voice prompts and other functions.This article focuses on the design and implementation of the number-calling system,and does the following work:(1)Study the current research status of domestic and international calling system,and learn the development technologies and frameworks used to build the calling system,including Spring Boot framework,Vue framework,Java,Element UI,SQL Server,etc.(2)Through preliminary research and analyze the requirements of the calling system,divide the system into functional modules,and conduct functional and non-functional requirements for each module.On the basis of the requirements analysis,conduct an outline design of the system,including the design of the architecture and the functions Detailed module design and database design.(3)Based on demand analysis and design,focus on the realization of the functions of the personnel management,basic information management,calling function,priority setting function,parking space monitoring and management of the calling system.(4)After each function is implemented,begin test,finally deploy system.At present,the system has been online and put into use,and it is operating well.
