Research And Implementation Of Book Budget Management System Based On Online Data

With the rapid development of the market economy system,budget management,as a kind of management mode that takes operating profit as the primary goal and provides comprehensive planning for the future development of enterprises and institutions,occupies an extremely important position in the economic development of enterprises and institutions.Although the National Library and Documentation Center attaches great importance to budget management and has established a corresponding budget management system,it has not been able to achieve certain strategic goals,especially the budget work related to the book business.Regarding this issue,this paper has conducted relevant research from the aspects of market demand and actual needs of the organization itself,to provide a strong technical guarantee for the sustainable development of the organization's budgetary work.The main work includes:(1)In view of the lack of standardization of the content of the organization's budget reporting,it has a great subjectivity and blind obedience when filling the report,so it is unable to accurately and timely grasp the trend of market demand changes.Proposed a multiple revision model of metabolic gray residuals to make a forward-looking forecast on the consumption trends of various books to provide an effective reference for budget reporting.This model is based on the improvement of the background value of the original metabolic gray prediction model,and the residual sequence has been revised many times.It has been verified that compared with a single metabolic gray prediction model,the prediction accuracy is effectively improved.(2)A book recommendation model based on word2vec is constructed in response to the requirements of the National Library and Literature Center regarding book purchase budget formulation.Compared with the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation model,this model requires less book-related feature information and lower algorithm complexity,and can achieve better recommendation results.(3)Based on the above relevant research and actual budget business requirements,an efficient and easy-to-use book budget management system was designed and developed,and a three-way merge algorithm and locking strategy are introduced in the system to solve the conflict problem in the process of multi-person collaboration.At present,the preliminary research and development of the system has been completed and has been trial run in the National Library and Document Center.It has been verified that the system standardizes the content of budget filling,realizes the innovation of the budget management working method,and can greatly reduce the work pressure of the staff and improve their work efficiency.
