In the Internet age,information has become the lifeline of economic society and the core element of market competition.Because of the development of The Internet plus,traditional industries have dramatically changed.It uses information and communication technology and Internet platform to make the Internet integrated with traditional industries deeply and create a new development ecology.Therefore,we will face the following questions: what impact will the development of media technology bring to the development of traditional industries? In this context,what role or work style changes will happen to employees working in traditional industries? Can the post-90 s generation,which can be counted as the generation of the Internet,adapt to the rapid development of information technology? My experience as a real estate agent allows me to think about these issues as an insider.The flow of information is for better development.We regard the carrier of information as the medium,so when the carrier can move freely and transmit information,I call them the mobile medium,which is typically a real estate agent with the characteristics of intermediary profession connecting the owners and customers.Based on ethnography and interviews,this article focuses on the real estate industry,takes the identity of real estate agents' insiders as the entry point,comprehensively demonstrates the way of using the media as real estate agents in the new media environment,and their process and state of obtaining information,memorizing and using information through the media,and then building themselves into real estate information "experts".Finally,it presents The changes of real estate agents under the influence of media.This paper points out that modern media technology has brought subversive changes to the work content,work style and cognition of employees to the enterprise,for example,online convenient channels and remote customers have brought increased information volume,workload and salary,equal cooperation of personnel relations and standardized internal and external corporate image have brought harmonious working environment and employees to the enterprise and groups Identity and sense of belonging.In addition,in order to meet the needs of work,employees gradually improve their media literacy,such as gradually proficient interpersonal skills and the success of communication signing,the use of new media normality and accurate customer "pain point" copywriting,enterprises in order to adapt to the needs of customers and constantly improve the platform construction and the inevitable requirements of continuous learning of employees.
