The Design And Implementation Of The Back-end Module Of A Real Estate Agent Training Ground System

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,more and more people choose to buy or rent houses in cities.People who own real estate may also need to buy houses with more space because of the increase in the number of family members.Driven by the strong housing demand of urban residents,the service position of real estate brokerage in the field of housing has attracted a large number of employees.With the increase of the number of real estate agents,the training of real estate agents has become a major difficulty,which requires managers and real estate agents to invest a lot of energy.At present,most real estate agents have only received simple induction training,but have not received continuous professional knowledge training,which leads to the uneven ability of real estate agents and can not provide stable and high-quality services for customers.In order to solve this problem,this thesis proposes a solution of real estate agent training ground system,and describes the design and implementation of the back-end module in detail.The back-end of the system includes online training module,online data display module,data import module,data collection module and other main modules: the on-line training module uses real-time voice to send voice data to the client through the background,and the client plays voice to achieve the effect of questioning,and then converts the voice data answered by the real estate agent into text data,Through the use of scoring and evaluation services to deal with the results of text data feedback? The online information display module mainly provides training target related information for real estate agents in the form of interface? The data import module is responsible for data entry for training topics,and then expand the scope of training? The data collection module enriches the collected data by connecting the training data of real estate agents with the existing basic data table of the company,so as to provide help for the analysis and improvement of the system.In the back-end of the real estate broker training ground system,the first three modules are developed based on the Spring Boot framework,and the Microservice ar-chitecture is realized through the Spring Cloud component.The online training module uses the TRTC real-time audio and video service provided by Tencent,and uses redis for data buffer.The data collection module uses Kafka in the other three modules for message passing,writes the collected data into hive,and obtains the required data by writing Hive QL.After the real estate agent training ground system went online,it has helped tens of thousands of real estate agents to carry out continuous business training,and also held training competitions centered on the city,which has been welcomed by real estate agents.Three months after the launch,in order to relieve the pressure of the server,the system expanded the capacity of the server and increased the number of machines in the online training module.
