The Design And Implementation Of The Training Room Management System Of Yunnan Normal University Vocational Educational College

With the popularity of computers and the rapid development of network technology,computers have become an important part of work,study,life and so on,which is more important for colleges.The situation of my college:all administrative staff and full-time teachers have been equipped with computer,formed a campus network,and can visit the outside network.A laboratory of College of the professional training room construction,currently in use are used for artificial management,training room,laboratory application,approval,registration,and other arrangements for the use of existing search problems find the reasons of low efficiency and difficult work,management of the existence of blind spots,when there is a problem,can not effectively improve the experiment the training room utilization ratio and the use effect.In view of the current problems in the current management mode of the experimental training room,combined with the management workflow of the college,we design and develop the training room management system of the college.Using Browser/Server and endpoint call WebService model,using C#,Javascript language,Access database is used to store data for development,construction of training room management system is convenient,stable and practical to handle most of the work in the daily management,to improve work efficiency.The experimental training rooms of colleges and universities are mainly divided into two kinds according to their management:They are the training rooms that need to be applied for examination and approval(the approval training room),and the open and open training rooms(the piano training rooms).The application practice of the system need to apply for the use of room management,examination and approval,special arrangements for opening,using the technology of WEB,truly end the zero maintenance and use side only need to install the browser on a computer or mobile device,network communication can be used normally,the system availability has been a qualitative leap compared with the traditional way and easy maintenance,realize remote management and mobility management,meet the school leaders and teachers out of a meeting,travel demand management.Real time tracking and management process,given the authority and responsibility of each post,anyone can not override their work,make clear responsibility,to implement,has been checked in accordance with the management authority;put an end to appear in the unknown,mutual shirk responsibilities.To solve the cooperative management problems of multi-post and multi-Department,and to achieve efficient cooperation management.The training room of the piano room is a separate piano room with a large room divided into a small room by the reconstruction of the existing rooms,with limited conditions,room location,windows and windows,etc.,and there are some reasons for students'personal preferences and Piano differences.Design of the piano room training room management using the computer "unmanned management" approach in the management of this system,the use of campus card registration authentication,using voice and displaying mode of "optimal" arrangement practice room,providing viewing the piano room through the network real-time usage.In this system,the experimental training room applies the automatic examination and approval process,which greatly simplifies the use of teachers and students.The system provides mutual scoring function,that is,managers and users can score each other afterwards,submit suggestions or opinions,achieve mutual supervision,and promote the standardization and rationalization of management and use.It provides data basis for the college teaching researchers to analyze and study the use of experimental training rooms.
