The Design And Implementation Of Equipment Management System For Training Room Of Yongkang Vocational School

Training room is the important port that cultivates students’ practical ability,innovation ability, and improves the students’ professional skills, under the socialbackground of valuing the improving of the students’ comprehensive quality, theincreasing of students’ number in the secondary vocational school, that makes thetraditional training room management mode expose some actual problems such asbackward in the way of equipment management, the heavy work of experimentalteaching management. For the situation of training room management in Yongkangvocational and technical school, the author discusses the application of software,database and network technology in the training room management, in order to throughthe software method, realize the informationization, automation of the training roommanagement, and improve the efficiency of training room management, promote theeffect of experiment teaching.The design and implementation of training room management system forYongkang vocational school is introduced in this thesis, First of all, the researchinstitute and relevant technology of the thesis is discussed, and the process of demandanalysis is given; Secondly, the design of system architecture and function structure isdiscussed, and based on this, the implementation process of system database and each,the results of test are given. The analysis method and design method of object-orientedis adopted in the system, the structure model of the system is constructed by the UML,ASP.NET technology is adopted as the Web development technology, Visual Studio2008is used as the program development platform. The contents of the system includethe function modules of experimental teaching management, laboratory management,training room management, equipment management, low-valued consumablesmanagement, etc.A multi-layer architecture is adopted in the training room management system,compared to the similar training room management system, the separation of pages andcodes is realized, the logic independent between businesses or internal is realized too,therefore, this system is more flexibility and adaptability, especially in the later maintenance, not only easy to expand function, but also the workload of systemmaintenance can be reduced in a certain extent. At present, this system has alreadyfunctioned in Yongkang vocational and technical school, from the actual operationsituation to see, the use of the system makes the resource allocation of the training roomoptimized, the work efficiency of the managers for practical teaching is improved.
