Research On Grassroots Touring Exhibition Service Of "Mobile Digital Museum" In Inner Mongolia

With the development of society and technological innovation,people's demand for culture grow with each passing day,which also puts forward more opportunities and severe challenges for museums.As a non-profit public cultural institution,museums play an important role in the collection,display and publicity of tangible and intangible cultural heritage.The museum is a public cultural base to display the development of human civilization and historical and cultural changes,a public cultural place to create a multicultural life,a public cultural platform to improve basic cultural literacy,and a public cultural position to provide lifelong learning.The demand of the public is not only the focus of the development of the museum,but also the starting point and foothold of the work of the museum.Therefore,it should better play its important function of serving the public.In recent years,China's museum industry has been flourishing,but it still needs further improvement and innovation in service concept,service content and service means.Especially in the background of the internet and big data,traditional public cultural facilities and a single way of museum display cannot better attract the public,nor can they meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the public in the digital era.Therefore,"digital museum" has become the inevitable trend of the times.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region covers a vast territory,which is thinly populated,so it is impossible for the fixed "digital museum" to solve the cultural and biochemical shortage of farmers and herdsmen at the grassroots level.This article mainly focuses on analyzing the problems and reasons existing in the touring exhibition of Inner Mongolia grassroots area of the "mobile digital museum" through the literature research method,the questionnaire method,and the interview method.At the same time,this paper summarizes the advanced experience and practice of domestic mobile museums in relevant aspects,so as to provide reasonable suggestions for Inner Mongolia "mobile digital museum" to improve the level of public cultural services.
