Research On The Optimization Of Public Digital Culture Service Of Anhui Museum

In recent years,with the implementation of national major strategies such as "Internet plus" and "Smart City",the combination of public cultural services and digital technology has become increasingly close,and public digital cultural services are becoming an important part of the modern public cultural service system.Entering the "14th Five Year Plan" period,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has made new development requirements for public digital cultural services.As a public cultural infrastructure,museums provide public digital cultural services,which is not only necessary for the protection,research,and promotion of cultural relics in their collections,but also necessary for the construction of a public digital cultural service system.In the new era,how museums improve the effectiveness of public digital culture services,broaden the scope of digital culture dissemination,and provide users with better quality public digital culture services is of great significance to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the broad masses of the people and inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture.As the only provincial comprehensive museum in Anhui,the Anhui Museum is an important position for inheriting the history and culture of the Jianghuai region.In recent years,the Anhui Museum has taken the construction of the "Smart Museum" project as an opportunity to carry out public digital cultural service construction around the cultural relics resources in its collection,promoting the development of cultural and museum undertakings to enter a new stage.However,compared with excellent cases at home and abroad such as the Palace Museum and the Metropolitan Museum in New York,the problems of Anhui Museum’s own construction are still prominent.Studying the public digital cultural services of Anhui Museum can not only improve the digital development of Anhui Museum,promote the equalization and standardization of public digital cultural supply within the province,but also provide a certain reference for the practice and improvement of public digital cultural services of museums in other provinces and cities.This article takes the Anhui Museum as the research object,takes the new public service theory and digital governance theory as the research foundation,and conducts an in-depth analysis with the museum public digital cultural service as the research theme.Firstly,it defines the concept of public digital cultural services in museums,and systematically sorts out the basic situation of Anhui Museum and the construction status of public digital cultural services through field research and literature research.Secondly,through a questionnaire survey to understand the public’s use and satisfaction with public digital cultural services at the Anhui Museum,and combined with field research and case comparison,to understand the problems existing in digital display and interpretation services,digital education and research services,digital communication and interactive services in Anhui Museum,and explore the causes of the problems mainly due to the lagging concept of digital services and insufficient funding;Service audience coverage is narrow,and resource sharing is not active;There is a shortage of professional composite talents and unreasonable platform planning.Finally,combining the Jianghuai cultural heritage of Anhui Museum,using the new public service theory and digital governance theory as the analytical framework,integrating the existing problems and causes of current public digital cultural services,we will improve the quality of digital facilities by improving digital display and interpretation services;Update digital education and research services,and enrich the content of digital supply;Propose targeted countermeasures from three aspects: optimizing digital communication and interactive services,and innovating digital service methods.By optimizing the public digital cultural services of Anhui Museum,strengthening the main responsibility of museums as public cultural institutions,improving the efficiency and level of public digital cultural services,and achieving comprehensive development.
