Dynamic compensation is a way to expend the sensor working frequency band through connecting the sensor’s output and a dynamic compensation filter in series.It can make the sensor working frequency covering the signal effective frequency band,so as to achieve the requirements.Analog filter has irreplaceable advantages in sensor compensation. How to design and implement of the sensor dynamic compensation filter is the key to the dynamic compensation.Usually we need to design different analog compensation filters when we deal with different measuring systems,which wasting large quantities of time and money.In this paper,a kind of dynamic compensation which can be configured by a single chip microcomputer is designed to complete the dynamic characteristics compensation of a general mechanical and electrical measurement system.the corresponding hardware and softwar are designed in order to realize this function and the compensation effect of the filter is analyzed and evaluated.The general circuits for first and second order filters are designed by analysising the design method of analog compensation filter and the transfer functions of 3-6 orders comlensation filter. the components which are needed to be adjustabld can be determined by anal Zing the relationship between the general transfer function and the circuit components. The eircuit parameters configuration system is designed based on the MCU which make sure the the circuit components can be real-time adjustable and checked.The configurable dyesmic characteristic compensation system can be realized by combining the analog circuit and the difital control part.Finally,this system is used to complete the dynamic characteristics compensation of the first and second order circuit and the cantilever beam system.Verification results show that: the configurable dynamic characteristic compensation system meets the requirements of the basically.
