Electrical Boiler Temperature Control System Circuit Design Based On The Single Chip

This system is based on the single-chip boiler temperature control, in the design of the main temperature acquisition and conversion, control keys, a display part, a heating control circuit, an alarm circuit to realize temperature control.With digital temperature sensor DS18B20detection and conversion temperature, with five control buttons to achieve press control constant temperature range, with four digital tube to complete the display part.Analog to digital conversion the signal into the microcontroller, the signals with enactment in the SCM compared to values, to judge whether SCM need to carry on the corresponding operation, whether to open or close the temperature in the heating operation, so as to realize the automatic control purpose.The design of MCU control is easy to realize the heating boiler, and has low cost, easy to debug the program, a part of fault will not affect other parts of the work, convenient repair.
