Research On The Archive Information Service In Mobile Internet From The Perspective Of User Experience

With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,people are increasingly relying on mobile devices to meet their daily needs.In order to better serve the society,government departments have launched government services with Weibo/Wechat/APP as the main platform.Under this background,the field of archive information services has also undergone corresponding transformation and development.Archives bureaus(Archives)at all levels in China have established a number of mobile Internet information service platforms based on actual work conditions..In recent years,the number of platforms has continued to increase,and the form and content of services have become increasingly rich.However,there are still problems and deficiencies in its construction and services,which has affected users' experience of mobile Internet information services.Through reading the literature,I find that although there are many researches on mobile Internet archives information services in China,the number of researches on China's mobile Internet archives information services from the perspective of user experience is relatively small.As the direct service object of the mobile Internet archive information service platform,users' subjective experience determines whether they will continue to use the mobile archive service,which plays an important role in the sustainable development of the platform.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the user's experience on the mobile Internet archive information service platform,and making suggestions on the optimization of the platform based on the problems in the experience,has important practical significance for the development and improvement of the platform.Therefore,this article analyzes China's mobile Internet archive information service from the perspective of user needs,and proposes specific optimization strategies for the existing problems in the service.Achieve the transformation of archive services from product-centric to user-centric,providing areference for the innovative development of China's mobile Internet archival information service.This article first sorts out the current status of China's mobile Internet archives information service,and then uses a questionnaire survey to understand the specific needs and future expectations of users for mobile Internet archives information services.Based on this,the provincial archives WeChat public account is set as the main experience object in the user experience experiment plan.The experiment invited 27 undergraduates of Jilin University to participate in the one-month experience test,and record the experience data and experience feelings to conduct a professional evaluation of the user experience.The test results show that although users generally believe that mobile file information service experience is basically good,but there are still problems such as lack of archive information resources,interface function design to be optimized,weak interactive communication,and insufficient platform promotion.Finally,according to the gap between user experience and user needs,the author aims at the above problems,from the perspective of enriching archive resources,optimizing interface design,strengthening interactive communication,and establishing publicity and promotion mechanisms,put forward corresponding solutions to optimize user experience and provide new ideas and feasible methods for improving and optimizing existing mobile Internet information services.
