| In order to build the capability model of technical personnel in the software industry,this paper summarizes the previous achievements of the capability model based on the tasks and objectives of each stage of the software life cycle,and combines the development status of the software industry and the working characteristics of technical personnel,so as to obtain the capability elements of technical personnel in the software industry and build the capability model.In order to refine the competency model and make it more targeted,this paper also makes a clear division and definition of the responsibilities of job roles in the software industry,so that the competency model can be divided into various subclasses according to the job roles,so as to discuss the importance of different abilities for different job roles.Using the method of job advertisement analysis,collect the responsibility and ability requirements of software enterprises for the needed talents.For the personnel engaged in management work in the software industry,a questionnaire was used to collect their evaluation on the importance of the capability of personnel in various positions and roles in the software industry,and the required capability radar map of each position and role was summarized. |
