Research Of Across-departments Workflow Engine Model

Since 21 centuries,computer technique is gradually applied to people's daily work.Combine the office system with computer technology to improve the efficiency of the office system.Workflow technology means that the workflow is automated in the computer application environment and implemented in accordance with certain rules,which effectively solves the problem of low office efficiency.Workflow technology has high flexibility,can be effectively combined with other application systems,and can be quickly and flexibly reorganized according to requirements to meet the needs of enterprises.Workflow engine is the core of workflow technology and the key to efficient operation of workflow system.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,complex operation,high cost of development and difficulty in cross-departmental audit,this paper proposes a web-based cross-departmental workflow engine model.The specific research contents and results of this paper are as follows:First of all,analyze the workflow model,according to the reference model proposed by workflow management coalition,has designed a workflow engine model,the control model based on workflow design improvements four state transition,the workflow engine can clearly show that the conversion of workflow model,is helpful to improve the efficiency of search algorithm.Secondly,starting from the data model for data processing in detail analysis of the workflow engine,through the demand analysis of the workflow engine design data flow diagram,based on the data flow diagram is given in this workflow engine ER diagram,and carry on the design of the data table.Finally based on the traditional workflow across departments to apply for difficult problem,this paper puts forward the workflow engine in the design review process,add the unit type in the design of the data table,search algorithm based on workflow information submitted to the search for the next audit,the reviewer can query to different departments.Different from traditional workflow engine is confined to a single subject or department approval process,this paper design the trans-departmental workflow engine to different subject as a department,achieved across different departments or main body of the review.The workflow engine based on relational database MySQL data model is designed,using the data table will connect workflow elements,combined with flow charts and data flow diagram for the entire audit process and principle are easier to understand,convenient for secondary development,fit with the office system is higher,can adapt to the domestic status quo.
