Research On Purchasing Business Internal Issue Control Of F Company

With the speed development of global purchasing today,the emerging technologies and concepts such as artificial intelligence,big data,industrial robots,the internet of Things,Internet finance,and the block chain are coming out one after another which make people should not be overwhelmed.And the development of China's manufacturing industry is also facing the elimination of demographic dividend,the refinement of international division of labor,increased competition in high-tech fields,rising prices of raw materials in the world,and the optimization of quotations.The urgent problems for these enterprises to solve now is how to integrate raw materials suppliers and end consumers to achieve the least inventory,the most accurate marketing,the shorter production cycle,the optimization of production efficiency and the maximization of commercial interests.With the coming of information environment,more and more purchasing problems emerge.And the procurement problem is not sure which link will appear in the procurement.No matter what link it appears in,as long as it affects the achievement of the goal of F Company's procurement business,it will bring serious consequences to F Company.Provide purchasing expertise and improve problem identification to effectively control purchasing issues.Excellent internal control of procurement issues will greatly increase the core competitiveness of enterprises.F Company has established a mature procurement management mechanism,SOP(Standard Operation Procedure)Operation method and corresponding internal control response mechanism.However,due to changes in customers,suppliers and employees,it is necessary to fully consider the influence of various factors of procurement on procurement business and make internal control of procurement business in advance.In this paper,we study F to purchasing business internal control theory,the theory of supply chain management,procurement management,procurement mode of internal control theory and related procurement management theory as the theoretical basis,combining the actual purchasing of F company business situation,use agile,collaborative,ECRS,supplier quality management system,such as management theory,chain building blocks to record the collaborative system to solve the uncertainty problem;To accelerate the development of procurement e-system;Optimize the existing operation flowthrough the management method of ECRS;Set up supplier quality control system for material quality problems of suppliers and conduct internal control accordingly;Promote F company from lean procurement to agile procurement,lean supply to agile supply,effectively and quickly targeted to meet customer demand,ensure the supply of procurement,promote the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise,ensure that the OEM supply chain can be more competitive in the industry,and at the same time,other domestic enterprises can learn from.
