With the popularity of mobile devices,audiences have access to information more easily than ever before,and they are more enthusiastic to pay attention to social events and participate in discussions than ever before.Based on "in the face of disputed event,the audience views,opinions varied" this social phenomenon,the paper selected are popular and controversial match "buddies" for foreign students of Shandong university project for example,in the form of questionnaire survey audience participation to the event(in degrees)and view,based on the questionnaire results are descriptive statistical analysis,studies the following problems: the audience the degree of involvement with the event of dispute is affected by its education,occupation,income?In this paper,according to the theory of social stratification and involved in the theory as the theoretical basis,education level,occupation,income is one the most important three indicators of social and economic status,because of the author is difficult to accurately will be the three synthetic respondents social and economic status,this paper studied the education level,occupation,income,the influence of the degree of involvement with the respondents.Based on Zaichkowsky's Personal Involvement Inventory(PII),the author selected five questions from the 20 questions of PII that could best measure the involvement degree of interviewees according to the purpose of the study and included them in the questionnaire.According to the score of the scale,the respondents were divided into low involvement group,middle involvement group and high involvement group.Those with total scores in the range of 5 to 15 are considered low involvement,those in the range of 16 to 24 are considered medium involvement,and those in the range of 25 to 35 are considered high involvement.The conclusion is as follows: as far as this study is concerned,there is no significant correlation between the audience's involvement in the "study companion" project of Shandong university and its education,occupation and income.For the three involved groups,the proportion of the audience in each occupation in the total number of the group was close to that of the whole group(all 200 interviewees),and the proportion of the audience with higher education and higher income in each group was also close to that of the whole group.This paper also makes an in-depth study on the "study companion" project of Shandong university from the perspective of communication.This paper analyzes the fermentation and evolution of events and the key nodes of the whole public opinion cycle,and puts forward two Suggestions: to reverse the cognitive bias behind the public opinion of "learning partners",cultural confidence must be rebuilt;We should strengthen the supervision of online public opinions and never indulge in habitual online violence.
