With the increase of business travel and the rapid development of Tourism.Traveling by plane has become one of the main transportation means in long-distance travel.To ease passengers' tediousness in travel and meet passengers' needs for buying duty free goods on plane,some major airlines have launched air shopping services.Thanks to the uniqueness of the product provided by air shopping service and the innate advantage of the cabin environment,the service has been widely welcomed by passengers and has brought airlines with considerable profit since its start.As an important part of airline service,the airlines' demand for the quality of air shopping service is getting higher and higher.Looking around the domestic air shopping service,we found that “purchasing good using cash” still acts as the main transaction mode on the plane.Because of the rare types of goods and the restriction of cash payment only,air shopping service fails to satisfy the increase demand of passengers and the prospective earnings of airline companies.With the popularity of E-commerce,people are becoming more and more accustomed to the convenient way of online shopping,At the same time,more and more enterprises start to sell their products on E-commerce platform,by attracting more buyers through the internet media,they have obtained huge profits.As early as the rise of E-commerce,the majoy arilines in China have been selling tickets,tourism and other products through the enterprice E-commerce platform,However,due to the restriction of network connection,E-commerce platform has not been brought into the cabin environment to solve the limitations and ineffiency of shopping service on plane.In 2014,air WIFI was put into use and gained popularity among major airlines,passengers and cabin crews can easily access the internet via WIFI system on plane.On the basis of air WIFI system,an integrated air E-Commerce platform is imperative.Firstly,we studied varies of domestic and international papers of skymall E-Commerce platform.We analyzed the defects in the current air shopping service and put forward the solution of the application of an E-Commerce platform.Based on the explicit requirement,we analyzed the application scenarios and business processes for each requirement,then analyzed the non-functional requirement of the system.After that,we designed the architecture of the skymall E-Commerce platform and divided the platform to model layer,presentation layer and controller layer.For each layer,we analyzed the framework and technologies to insure the best practise of reusability.The system supports two different ways to access the application s erver at the same time,One is B/S architecture that users access the platform via mobile web browsers,the other is C/S architecture that users access the platform via Android Apk installed on airplane seat TV.The system is developed using Node.js as server-side development platform,HTML5?Hybrid App are used to implement the development of Web view and Redis is adopted as storage system to improve the speed of data reading and writing.Finally,we used class diagram and sequence diagram to describe the implementation of core modules in the platform,and we also analyzed the implementation details of the key technologies in each module,then we verified the result by functional test in the testing environment.This skymall E-Commerce platform has been put into use in a large domestic ariline and has obtained good feedback from users.
