With the continuous growth of TV shopping industry in China, the information management of TV shopping is getting more difficulty. TV shopping companies need to collect very large amount of data about the sales of various products, and the TV shopping company faces a very serious challenge to increase the TV shopping product and customer information management efficiency. So far, not a single mature information management system exists for the TV shopping product information and customer information management. The vast majority of enterprises of TV shopping select the product mainly by the recommendation of marketing staff s experience, which can’t always be maintained. TV shopping industry urgently need the TV shopping product information and customer information management system to provide timely and accurate information for TV shopping implementation.This paper first analyzes the development status of the TV shopping industry, and adopts ITIL to design and development of the management system of the TV shopping program for existing industry and disadvantages. Then a detailed analysis of the business needs of the TV shopping industry is carried out, specifically for the ITIL technology. The detailed design of the TV shopping management system is described, and as well as the effect of the final implementation of the system. Finally this article presents the performance of the management system of the TV shopping, and summarizes the future direction of the management system in development and improvement.
