The flourish development of e-commerce has brought a new round of industry innovation.The mall service system based on mobile internet technology,as the traditional entity business group,offered marketing solutions in the field of mobile e-commerce business,in order to cater to the consumers' online consumer habits,and assist the mode of off-line marketing,in the meantime,increase the interaction between large shopping malls and consumers,enhance shopping experience and consumer stickiness,so as to achieve the ultimate goal-online business drives offline marketing performance.This paper describes the content and process of a mall service system,it regards a real business groups as a business service objectives,designed and realized mall service management backstage,which aims at integrating various business resources under the group,and the terminal platform of mall service is open to all consumers,also is able to assistant offline business modes.(1)Based on the requirement analysis of the use case,the content and the boundary of the system are defined,and the main concepts and the basic business logic of the background system and the mobile terminal system are determined.(2)Based on the idea of MVC,this paper designed and achieved mall service management backstage based on a J2 EE technical construction platform in order to integrate its business customer resources,and the ability of grasping market trends according to the resources available in time.Mall service management backstage can be mainly divided into system authority management module,business management module and the statistical management module.This paper,via the flow chart and class diagram and other UML design methods,describes the main business logic,and discusses the design and implementation of the key functions of the three modules in the management background.This paper analyzes and discusses the solution of the rights group management and the data concurrency encountered in the management background development process.(3)For the real business group lacks of providing consumers with online services,this paper designed and achieved a service terminal platform based on Android system.Theshopping service terminal platform is mainly divided into the shopping mall GPS navigation module,the store management module and the collection module.The market GPS navigation module,using Wi Fi indoor positioning technology as the function,combined with the actual environment of multi floor,floor mall irregular,have identified the deployment of AP positioning program,and chose fingerprint indoor localization way to complete the achievement and addressing of navigation function of mansion with many floors,indoor positioning technology as a factor to link the shopping mall sales behavior business functions.In addition,this paper elaborates the processing solutions of difficult problems such as resolution adaptation and data caching mechanism encountered in the process of research and development of the terminal platform.(3)According to the characteristics of the system,the testing process is applied to the shopping mall service system,and the system has been fully involved in the research and development phase.With the advancing of market service system development and testing work,it gradually formed the integrated report of the project risk and quality of the products.We use it as an important reference for the comprehensive quality of service system data of the Android platform.The firstperiod of the the construction of the service system is fully completed,and the current construction of the software system is in line with the initial requirements,which is consistent with the general specification of software engineering.It has entered the period of trial operation,receiving good reflections of users.
