With the rise of the Internet industry,as a new consumer platform, the e-commerce has snapped up the user flow and the gross profit of the traditional retail industry since 2010.On the other hand, due to the large increase in customer costs recently, there is sign that the flow of dividends of the online e-commerce companies have bottom out.Owning to the slowdown of the e-commerce,the growth space of the online consumption is narrowed.Under the New Retail Tide, more and more enterprises try to integrate the resources of online and offline in order to face the escalation of consumer demand.New retail companies are asked to reconstruct their supply chain, logistics, consumption and payment as a means of informational and digital technology. This requires that the payment system no longer only provided standardized services.More importantly, visitors can be changed into consumers during the online and offline transactions with the help of the payment tools, payment methods, payment process upgrade and optimization. As one of the leading enterprises in the automotive aftermarket,Tuhu is facing enormous challenges in the process of transforming to the new retail mode, such as the surge of online payment and the emergence of offline payment. The original payment system does not separate the payment logic with the business logic, and the boundary between payment scenario and transaction is blurred. As a result, users and stores involved in payment activities are not clarified, and the settlement and clearing actives based on payment data can not be carried out efficiently. The article is written based on the architecture analysis and research of the domestic and foreign e-commerce payment system and combined with the practical experience of the thirdparty payment, aggregation payment companies in the relevant fields. It designs and implements a unified payment platform system based on new retail mode online e-commerce platform with the offline stores. This article provides a overall solution of collecting payment modules of all business lines and constructing basic public payment services for the payment requirements in the use scenarios of different business platforms of Tuhu. The research of unified payment platform implementation contains the following contents:1)From the view of end users, business platform, operation team and finical department, the phases of payment activities are divided into 3 key points: cashier provisioning and display, payment methods and tools, fund reconciliation between Tuhu and payment channels. It provides the requirement analysis and functional feature design as well.2)According to the major issues of payment phases, the unified payment platform architecture is divided into payment acceptance, payment core, operation support models by using the domain driven and structured design. The target architecture is shown as logic view, technical view and deployment view. The sequence diagram shows the internal of Tuhu systems and external workflow between it and the systems of bank and third-part payment companies.3)The payment core sub-platform contains the public payment service which allows administrator to provision the payment methods on cashier based on its business platform. It also maintains the unique payment instruction and abstract the public payment so that it can meet the needs of business requirements such as payment, refund, transfer and account balance. As a result, the payment channel access mode will be more pluggable and flexible by defining a unified channel access specification.4)The efficiency and stability of the system are verified by functional and performance testing. After the unified payment platform is put into operation, the design has been proved feasible according to the actual data that the project brings positive benefits for the company to improve the payment success rate and conversion rate.
