As the pace of life and the adjustment of the structure of team work are getting faster,online mobile team collaboration has become the development trend of today's enterprises.To further explore the existing problems in mobile collaboration team,this paper proposes a conceptual model of the relationship between‘social media-implicit coordination5 under the guidance of the social capital theory.Meanwhile,by further integrating the three dimensions of capital exchange of organizational structure,technical awareness and interpersonal relationship,as well as coordination theory and adaptive structuring theory,this paper constructs two models of implicit coordination influence mechanism from the perspectives of both interpersonal relationship and technical awareness,in which the social media characteristics is divided into two parts.This study designed an experiment for members of a certain course,and constructed 13 business analysis team,each contains 12 people.A total of 156 data were collected as samples for this study to test and analyze the research model.The results of the research from both perspectives show that the social network structure has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between interpersonal relationships and implicit coordination,and has a significant moderating effect on the process of interaction between the team mental models and the implicit coordination effect from the technical perspective.At the same time,social media affects both interpersonal perspective and technical perspective by means of information interaction,and we also found that it has a positive impact on internal coordination.The results of the study could play a positive guiding role for team management.Mobile work not only needs social media to promote communication and work exchange,but also needs good guidance and construction to be fully and effectively utilized.In this study,the hypotheses and results of the study were fully discussed,and will shed light on future studies.
