The solid warehouse is the product of the rapid development of modern logistics,its use has greatly improved the operation efficiency and modernization level of logistics enterprises,and improved the utilization ratio of the warehouse space,making it more efficient to store the goods in the same space.However,at the same time,the warehouse storage is improved,and the management of the library should be strengthened.Inventory is an important part in the management of goods,the real time,accurate and efficient inventory is the basis for the enterprise to determine the storage strategy,the traditional sense of inventory,inventory,in order to ensure that the actual application,in addition to the number of goods,goods location information is also directly affect the inventory results,so this paper puts forward to increase the position information of the review,namely inventory positioning.For solid warehouse,total volume of large,high shelf,prices of goods,inventory goods are numerous,so for the inventory of warehouse goods more difficult,before the traditional artificial to goods inventory is low efficiency,poor real-time,error prone leakage,poor use of stacker movement position safety,even if the inventory of equipment stacker is placed on scan code reading,not to the goods before,also can ensure the inventory quantity,and can't realize the goods review placement is correct,in order to solve this problem,this paper intends to refer to indoor positioning technology in the warehouse,the establishment of automatic checking system.By referring to the literature,comparative analysis of indoor positioning technology,non line of sight,low cost,high accuracy,remote RFID positioning technology,electronic tag and reader as a communication carrier;positioning need to know the exact distance and position coordinates,this paper is based on the positioning system.This paper uses the RSSI based positioning system.This paper uses the RFID based positioning system.Process,complete positioning.Then this paper analyzes the error sources,the estimation of environmental parameters and the random selection of the known nodes,which need to optimize the algorithm.Therefore,the "adjacent node method" and "known node communication method" are used to optimize the basic positioning algorithm.Finally,MATLAB software is used to simulate and calculate the positioning system.The results show that the positioning accuracy is significantly improved and the optimization effect is obvious.However,the optimization results are not completely satisfied with the accuracy of the inventory.Analysis of the reasons for not fully achieve the goal,to strengthen the research.In the future,the positioning system can be used in the dynamic network,more practical application,but also in the positioning blind area,to achieve maximum coverage,the real position will be used for real.
