Design And Implementation Of Mobile Office Platform Based On NJS Technology

At present,Internet enterprises have generally used mobile office mode for daily business management.Most military enterprises do not use the mobile office platform provided by Internet enterprises because of problems such as secret related and military management characteristics.Through analysis and carding within a research institute,the business of Internet mode office has been determined.Therefore,it is urgent to build a mobile office platform.This paper presents a mobile office platform based on NJS technology.By installing APP client on Android devices or IOS devices,it can provide employees with news and resources in-house easily.It can also enable employees to use this platform for asking for leaving,personal task management,and other data,such as asking for leaving,connect with the internal attendance system,form a closed-loop management from the organization.Leaders can provide convenient schedule for leading secretaries to master the leading schedule and organize meetings by recording personal schedule.Departmental leaders arrange relevant work for employees who are not in the unit through APP,and supervise the performance of employees on the mobile terminal,so as to improve the efficiency of task execution.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and source,as well as the current situation at home and abroad.In chapter two,analyses the related technologies of mobile office platform,including Spring,Spring MVC,MyBatis,Mysql on the server side,NJS,HTML5,MUI,5 + Runtime on the client side,and elaborates the implementation method based on client and server side.In chapter three,through in-depth analysis of the relevant business functional and non-functional requirements of mobile office platform,including news announcement management,asking for leaving management,file sharing management,department resource management,leadership schedule management,task handover management,security requirements,confidentiality requirements,performance requirements,etc.In chapter four,carries out the overall design,including the formulation of design principles and the construction of the system architecture.After the completion of the overall design,the system function design,including functional structure design,functional module design,REST API service definition.Based on the function of design,database design is carried out.In chapter five,the development environment is built,and the design mentioned above is implemented one by one.In chapter six,the mobile office platform is tested,including setting test objectives,building test environment,functional testing and non-functional testing,which ensures the integrity and better performance of the mobile office platform.This paper proposes a mobile office platform based on NJS technology,which adapts both Android devices and IOS devices.By providing REST API services,it can successfully provide services for various front-end display frameworks.Innovative design of one-time programming multi-platform adaptation,and successfully applied to a military enterprise's mobile office.
