The rapid development of communication technology has prompted researchers to put forward a variety of communication systems.But when simulating the communication system,they need to design a new hardware platform.The process is complicated,the development cycle is too long.The software radio platform is based on universal hardware.It is more diverse,more flexible in design,easy to expand,and can be easily transplanted to different platforms.The engineers developing the communication system use a shorter time to verify the simulation of the system,and turn the design into a product.This article makes a particular research for the definition,architecture and key technologies of software radio.The final choice of SDR hardware platform based on RF transceiver AD9361.The RF board mainly processes RF signal,such as D/A conversion,filtering,mixing and power amplification.The baseband board mainly processes the baseband signal,including the modulation and demodulation of the signal and so on.The design of spread spectrum receiver proves the correctness of the software radio hardware platform.The hardware platform of software radio based on AD9361 and the design of spread spectrum receiver based on this platform lay a good foundation for the follow-up design and development of the platform.
