Under the trend of economic globalization,supply chain has gradually evolved from regionalization to globalization,and supply chain finance has emerged as the times require.Supply chain finance is to apply for credit guarantee from banks by the most powerful enterprises in the supply chain,complete the loan of funds from banks and use the funds to circulate in the supply chain,so as to ensure that enterprises in all nodes of the supply chain can obtain working capital and achieve profits,so as to achieve win-win situation.From the bank's point of view,the risk of loan is controllable because of the strong company's guarantee,and the profits such as loan interest can be obtained through loan,which has a beneficial effect on itself.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology,especially Internet technology,the coupling degree between supply chain finance and Internet has been continuously improved,and information-based supply chain finance has become a normal phenomenon.This paper will develop a supply chain financial management platform based on the real trade background and core enterprise credit,which will provide real-name certification,user management,online financing,fund management and other functions for the participants.In the specific design and implementation of Dongfangyun Supply Chain Financial Management Platform,after in-depth market research,the functional requirements of the entire platform are analyzed in detail.On this basis,login registration and account opening,voucher management,online financing and funds included in the system are completed through UML modeling.Management of the four functional modules design,the use of SQL Server 2016 database technology to achieve the construction of the entire financial database,in the design of the entire system architecture is selected MVC architecture technology.Among them,in the process of system functional module design,the functional modules of the system are divided and designed.In the design of each functional module,the work sequence diagram,workflow diagram and class diagram are completed.According to the design of functional modules,the overall E-R diagram of the database of the paper system is designed,and the corresponding data information table is designed.Finally,the four functional modules are implemented and tested.The Dongfangyun Supply Chain Financial Management Platform developed by this project can meet the practical application requirements.Using this platform,we can realize the management of the supply chain financial business,master the related business information of the whole supply chain,effectively control the operational risk of the supply chain,reduce the operating cost of the supply chain,and improve all parties in the supply chain.Economic benefits and win-win situation.In addition,the platform can effectively reduce the loan risk and management cost of financial institutions such as banks,and also has a positive effect on improving the asset quality of financial institutions.
