Risk Management Of E-Supply Chian Financing

The small and medium-sized enterprises are facing the problem of financing for a long time.However,supply chain finance has opened up a new way for small and medium enterprises financing,and realized the cross-border integration of the logistics industry and the financial industry.With the advancement of Internet technology,the online supply chain finance has further upgraded the business model,making it is easier for enterprises to apply for financing on the B2 B E-commerce platform.In this paper,the model evolution of supply chain financing is discussed,and the business model and risk formation mechanism under the traditional supply chain finance and the online supply chain finance are studied respectively.Then,based on the online supply chain financial business,a comprehensive supply chain financial risk assessment index system is built.It provides reference for the objective and accurate evaluation of business risk for commercial banks,and summarizes 63 three indicators of five aspects.And 31 risk indicators were identified by index selection.This paper focuses on how to evaluate the financial risks of supply chain and how to prevent and control risks.Based on the established supply chain financial risk index system,this paper designs the online supply chain financial risk assessment method with BP neural network,and carries out MATLAB simulation experiments with data of a bank in Shenzhen,which validates the effectiveness of the BP neural network evaluation method.Then this paper introduces the block chain technology to prevent and control the financial risk,analyzes the coupling of block chain technology and supply chain finance from the technical level,and discusses the applicability and effectiveness of the supply chain financial risk control method based on block chain technology.The strategy of the daily stare in the market based on block chain technology is put forward,and the simulation experiments have been carried out to verify that the block chain technology can eliminate the information asymmetry or human tamper.Besides,this paper provides suggestions to improve the risk control of supply chain finance from the perspective of system management.
