Supply chain finance(SCF)is innovative financial products to solve the difficult financing of small and medium enterprises(SMEs),effectively alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs,as the core part of SCF,supply chain financing include account receivable financing,warehouse receipt financing and confirming warehouse financing.Supply chain financing occurs fraudulent events at times not only caused inestimable economic losses and social impact,but also bring huge negative effect to the industry of SCF,at the same time in the development process of SCF exists practice ahead of theoretical research,the research on supply chain finance risk is relatively weak.Therefore,this paper based on the SCF,account receivable financing of supply chain as the main research object,mainly studies: establish risk evaluation index system,weight evaluation index and apply evaluation model.The main contents as follows:(1)Establish risk evaluation index system of supply chain financing.Preliminary establish index system including 5 level indicators,11 secondary indicators and 42 specific indicators through reading related literature and consulting experts;Then collect 51 data of receivable financing of supply chain from Wind China Consulting Enterprise Library and consulting enterprise management personnel;Finally confirm 5 level indicators and 26 specific indicators by using Stata deleted 9 and 7 specific indicators through correlation analysis and sensitivity analysis.(2)Weight evaluation index of supply chain financing.In this paper,subjective and objective weighting method is used to determine the weight of financing risk index.Through collecting index weight scores of seven industry experts,the subjective weighting method calculate AHP weight using Yaahp and FAHP weight using Matlab,the results show FAHP calculation result is better than AHP;The objective weighting method introduce entropy method and improved,the results show by using data preprocessing method and multi index weight in this paper can overcome the question of small differences in weight entropy multiplied fluctuation,using the entropy weight method can receive ideal index objective weighting;Building subjective and objective weight coefficient calculation model based on the minimum risk evaluation value and maximum entropy principle,calculating combined weight by using FAHP calculation result and entropy weight method calculation result;The risk values of 51 sample data points are obtained by using the weighted value of combined weights.(3)Promote risk assessment model based on BP training weights and thresholds.In order to improve the convenience of the weight evaluation model,this paper establishes a risk assessment model based on BP training weight and thresholds.Network level,input and output layer nodes,transfer function,training function,hidden layer nodes and learning rate of BP training model are got by experimental method,the evaluation model based on BP training weight and threshold is tested by using output of the set weight risk as expected output,the results show that the BP evaluation model can reach the requirements of the financing risk assessment of the supply chain,can promote the application in the progress of evaluating financing risk of small and medium enterprises.The BP risk evaluation model of supply chain in this paper can be used to measure the risk level of supply chain financing,and provide some reference for the financial institutions to carry out the business.
