Changqing oilfield company is a subsidiary of PetroChina Co Ltd, and it is one of thenational500large key enterprises. With oil exploration and development intensified, thedownhole operation teams who was engaged in engineering and technical services furtherincrease, leading to a sharp increase in engineering and technology management services, thenusing the traditional manual management model to handle the on-site completions data, on-siteconstruction team information boil, safety information and a series of daily reportingmanagement has been unable to meet the needs of oilfield leaps and bounds. At the same timeas the Changqing oilfield construction area across Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia three provinces,downhole operation team are dispersed, the construction work can not be done dynamicallyaccurate and timely information, resulting in the management of severe lag. Therefore, todevelop a complete project management information system of oilfield to improve theinformation management of the company is imminent.Based on the J2EE enterprise management information system under the networkenvironment of the practice background of design and development, The thesis analysis the theactual needs of the business process of the changqing oilfield branch company, and establishesthe system concept model firstly; use UML for system analysis the function modules of thesystem is designed secondly, then the system logic model and database is designed, Finally,the implement of each function module is introduced in detail, the thesis is summarized, andthe direction of further research and the suggestion in the future was put forward.
