| The updating and iteration of network technology and smart terminals has changed the media ecology.From the "central kitchen" to the "county-level converged media center",the integrated innovation of mainstream media in China has been moving forward.As a new regional mainstream media,the construction of county-level converged media centers has become a hot topic of common concern in academic circles and the industry.This paper takes the localized news works of the county-level converged media APP as the research object and the service capability generation as the research core,focusing on the service capability evaluation and optimization research of the countylevel financial media localized news production.Around this core topic,the paper conducts research from three levels: first,how to construct a service capability evaluation framework for localized news production? Second,what is the generation status of service capability of localized news production of county-level converged media? Third,how to improve the service capability of localized news production of county-level converged media?Based on Marxist media service view,media function theory and news proximity principle,this paper constructs a service capability evaluation framework for localized news production from four dimensions: content composition,reporting paradigm,reporting service ability and reporting effect,which has passed the reliability and validity tests.The paper mainly adopts the method of content analysis and in-depth interviews.Through constructing weekly sampling method,951 news texts were obtained from the converged media APP platform in 5 demonstration counties,and interviews were conducted with 24 staff members at different positions in county-level converged media center.The study found that local news and current affairs news dominated and that regular topics are the most common.In addition,localized news is mainly original,and graphics and text are the most common presentation methods,and party and government agencies are the main source of information.On the whole,the service capability of county-level converged media in localized news production is unbalanced and has a low level,and the service feedback is not obvious.The reasons are as follows: First,it is difficult to form a fixed user group due to the weak awareness of users;second,it is easy to lose users of the platform if the information service does not continue;third,the limited communication channels reduce the user's awareness of participation;fourth,the unstable talent team leads to weak user stickiness.The paper proposes to improve the service capability of county-level converged media in localized news production from four aspects: first,to establish user thinking,adhere to the concept of serving the people,and improve the performance evaluation system with service as the core;second,to strengthen the construction of the media talent team through internal training and external introduction;the third is to enrich the service level and form of localized news production,and to improve the supply capacity of services;the fourth is to integrate the construction of smart city with the development of county-level converged media to optimize the connection between news information service and public service,and enhance user's stickiness,and give full play to the responsibilities of county-level converged media center in serving and guiding the masses.In general,the paper constructs service capability evaluation framework for localized news production from existing literature,and examines the service capability generation of the localized news production of county-level converged media,which has some certain innovation. |
