With the continuous development of modern economy and the advancement of science and technology,the new model of ERP system management has gradually been favored by enterprise users in managing information.The innovation of this model mainly includes the integrated information management technology and the corresponding new management thought in line with the trend of the social era.At the same time,the company has also changed because of the emergence of this model.Not only has the management model system changed,but also the internal and external humanities of the company have changed.The human control is changed to the control of the man-machine combination mode.New problems and new risks also appear in internal control.In the ERP environment,it not only includes the business and operational risks that the traditional management model can consider in the past,but also updates and increases the risks of the operation of various levels of systems and the privacy of users and employees.The internal control of the company's own model should be timely and effectively improved according to the risks that the enterprise is facing.At the same time,in order to promote the implementation of its internal control more effectively,the internal control evaluation also needs to be improved accordingly.Therefore,the research on internal control in the ERP environment has attracted the attention of many enterprise managers and scholars.In this article,Company A was selected as the experimental object of this study.According to the company's ERP management model,faced with different risk factors,choose different internal control design and implementation,customize or improve the corresponding system and evaluation indicators.And through the design and distribution of questionnaires,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effectiveness of company A's internal control.Place the focus of observation in the ERP environment in which the company operates,and explore the execution and completion of internal control carried out and adopted in this large modern technology-based production enterprise.Analyze the experimental results obtained above,and use it as a research basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise's choice to run the ERP model and make a summary.Obtain the impact of the implementation of ERP on the internal control of the enterprise,aiming at the pros and cons found to improve the current status of the internal control of the enterprise and reduce costs,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the correct application and effective improvement of the system management model.According to the analysis,it is concluded that: First,Company A should strengthen the internal supervision of the company and improve the internal control supervision mechanism;Second,Company A should use the characteristics of the ERP system to strengthen the company's information construction;Third,Company A Under the ERP management system,it is necessary to improve the overall risk prevention mechanism of the internal control of the enterprise and improve the efficiency of internal control.
