Research Of Enterprise Internal Control In The Internet Of Things

In1995, Internet of Things (IOT)was just fantasy, while in1999, its concept was firstdefined. In2005, International Telecommunications Union redefined IOT, and then variouscountries had planned their IOT national strategies. IOT has went out of science fiction tobecome an Information Technology Revolution.Macroscopically, IOT expands the information technology into all human existence andactivities through embedding RFID tags,sensors and other sensing devices into public facilities,integrating the physical infrastructure and information systems, and forming smart IOTenvironment. Microscopically, IOT technology is used by enterprise line operation, qualitycontrol,asset management etc, forming enterprise internal information collection system andlocal IOT application system, therefore impacting business management activities. As aninsurance of business management, enterprise internal control is bound to adapt to all thechallenge brought by IOT.In this context, this paper researches the micro-enterprise internal control in the macro-IOTenvironment. On the basis of analyzing the enterprise internal environment in the IOT, thispaper proposes the enterprise risk response strategies, optimizes the business process,analyzes the information and communication, and improves internal monitoring. This articlealso constructs the framework of enterprise internal control, according COSO Internal ControlIntegrated Framework,China Enterprise Internal Control Basic Norms and COBIT.
