In today's era of network information explosion,more and more users choose to pay the means to filter massive miscellaneous information,screening the efficient and meet the needs of users of information,knowledge payment has gradually become the development trend of network information.With the continuous increase of living income in China,experiential consumption has gradually become a consumption trend when people's material needs are fully satisfied.In 2016,media platforms set off a craze of knowledge content payment,and many platforms launched a series of knowledge payment products.Platforms such as "iget",himalaya and zhihu Live realized knowledge and gained huge profits.Behind the blowout development of knowledge payment platform,users' knowledge anxiety,the improvement of payment consciousness,the maturity of technical conditions,the upgrading of consumption structure and other factors have provided a boost to the development of knowledge payment."Iget" APP is a knowledge service application platform of luoji thinking,aiming to provide knowledge services to 2% of the population of lifelong scholars."Iget" APP advocates users to use their spare time in work and life to provide time-saving and efficient knowledge-paying products."Iget" APP launched column courses,daily listening to books,e-books,lectures and other knowledge-paid products,which cover a comprehensive range of contents and save users' time.Users can choose to buy according to their own needs and interests,so as to help users learn more knowledge in a short time and meet their diversified needs.This article through to "iget" APP users using questionnaire and depth interview,and meet the situation analysis summarized the use of user experience,summarize the advantage and disadvantage of "iget" APP,comb,conclude the user to get the platform opinion or the suggestion,in order to "iget" APP's future development to discuss and put forward their views and opinions.This paper is divided into four parts,the introduction part: introduce the research background and value of knowledge payment;The first chapter introduces thedevelopment status of "iget" APP,including the positioning of "iget",main content,payment mode and traffic guidance.The second chapter analyzes the use and satisfaction of "iget" APP users through questionnaire survey,including demographic analysis,use motivation analysis,use behavior analysis and satisfaction analysis.The last chapter,based on the results of the survey,analyzes the advantages and problems of "iget" APP and proposes corresponding solutions.
