Research And Implementation Of APP Software User Satisfaction Modeling And Analysis Methods

With the rapid development of China's mobile Internet and the popularization of smartphone,the number of mobile Internet users have been increasing year by year.The development of APP software is an important part of the development of intelligent terminal.There is a large number of APP software running on the mobile Internet,and user satisfaction is a key target to develop and use APP software.For the software developers,APP software should be improved according to user satisfaction.For the users,user satisfaction is an important basis for choosing APP software.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the user satisfaction of APP software.The existing research on user satisfaction of APP software only focuses on some contents of user satisfaction.The current research on the user satisfaction of APP software only aims at some kinds of APP software,which is lack of generality.In addition,most studies are based on questionnaires and qualitative analysis,and there is a lack of quantitative analysis of user satisfaction data.User comments on the APPlication market are an important source of information for measuring the user satisfaction of APP software.In general,user comments contain a wealth of reliable information that reflects user's satisfaction with the APP software from different dimensions.How to define the user satisfaction model of APP software and analyze the user satisfaction of APP software based on user comments is a problem that needs to be studied at present.The main work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)Construct a user satisfaction model of APP software.This dissertation is based on ISO/IEC 25010 software product quality standards and aims at the characteristics of APP software.Combined with the subjective and objective view,the user satisfaction model is proposed from three aspects,including user,software and environment.(2)Put forward a user satisfaction analysis method for APP software.By analyzing user comments,it is found that there are feature words and sentence patterns in the comments that reflect user satisfaction.The feature words and sentencepatterns are used to identify comments that reflect APP user satisfaction.Using sentiment analysis,the score of APP software user comments and the user satisfaction sub-characters score of the APP software are calculated by the emotional value of feature words,degree adverbs and negative words.The weight is determined by combining subjective and objective weighting methods.Finial the user satisfaction of the APP software is calculated.(3)The prototype of the user satisfaction analysis system for app software is designed and implemented.Selecting three categories of APP software,the effectiveness of user satisfaction analysis method of APP software is verified by experiments.
