With the rapid development of market economy,the storage period of goods warehouse becomes shorter and the pressure of liquidation becomes greater.Traditional manual inventory method can no longer meet the needs of enterprises,which makes enterprises need professional inventory equipment to manage a large number of circulating goods data.The traditional inventory machine has defects,it cannot interact well with human,and it needs to be improved in information collection and data transmission.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop the inventory system.The acquisition of goods information by the inventory machine depends on the barcode scanning recognition,so it is necessary to study and design a barcode scanning recognition mechanism suitable for the inventory machine system.This thesis designs and develops a professional inventory system based on barcode scanning technology.It uses Java as the programming language and adds digital image technology to the inventory system to process the barcode recognition.This thesis first introduces the development background of modern inventory industry and inventory machine,and understands the demand for professional inventory equipment in domestic and foreign enterprise markets.Secondly,it introduces the key technology support to develop the inventory machine system,including database technology,Bluetooth transmission,RePlugin plug-in and so on,which lays a solid technical foundation for better development and implementation of the inventory machine system.The bar code recognition module is described in detail,including the process of pre-processing the collected bar code image and the decoding principle of the inventory machine system.By using digital image technology to process the collected barcode image,the time of open scanning of the inventory machine system is shortened,and the correct rate of identifying the information carried by the barcode of goods is improved.Next,the structure of the inventory machine system is introduced,including the code design and implementation of the interface view layer and business processing layer of the inventory machine system,to ensure the practicability and user friendliness of the development system.The test of the inventory machine system is also a key link in the development.Reasonable test cases are designed to detect the loopholes in the system and correct the problems found so as to make the inventory machine more in line with the requirements of enterprises for inventory equipment.Through simulation and on-site testing,it can realize the rapid identification of management objects,accurately transfer stored goods information,and facilitate the use and management of merchants.In the expected range,the practical problems arising from the inventory test are effectively solved,and the practical value of the inventory system is verified.Finally,this thesis summarizes the design and development of inventory machine system,hoping that it can provide good feasible ideas and practical experience for future practical application in this field,and prospects the future development of inventory industry and the updating of inventory equipment.
