Many Higher Vocational Colleges arrangements of enrollment and admission still rely on manual operation and single PC management in the process of Advance Enrollment for HVC,it makes the admission period longer and heavier,causes great inconvenience to the examinees,and wastes time and human resources.On the other hand,manual operation is an error-prone process,and it does not answer to the high standard in enrollment examination.Therefore,the manual operation and single-machine PC management information system can't meet the actual demand and it is not suitable for the requirements of the new situation.It is very necessary to design a management information system based on B/S structure for the HVC'enrollment,which can improve the efficiency of enrollment,bring convenience to candidates and their parents,colleges,Examination Institutes.Combining with the new ideas of national enrollment reformation,this paper will explore the integration of management concepts and information technology in HVC,according to the actual needs of advanced enrollment.It will mainly study and design a multi-terminal response enrollment information management system based on B/S structure,which suits the actual need of HVC enrollment in the province.The research is focus on how to carry out detailed UML modeling by software engineering theory and technology.The paper mainly optimizes and restructures the step of student enrolling,standardizes the data,realizes data comparison,multiterminal responses and ways of paying online.This thesis takes the advance enrollment of a vocational college in the province as the research object.Firstly,it conducts the demand analysis,including the needs of examinees,recruitment office,academic affairs office,financial office and various departments.Secondly,it optimizes the enrollment process,the registration process,examination process and admission process.The UML modeling and design was carried out again,mainly for the detailed modeling design of functional modules such as online payment,score query,admission query,admission test generation,score calculation,and online admission,and finally realized and debugged using ASP.NET(C#)+ MS SQLServer design.It has been put into use for 2 years in a vocational college in the province,which serves nearly 10000 teachers and students.After testing and application,the system can manage all kinds of data efficiently and correctly in the process of enrollment,optimize enrollment processing,effectively improve the efficiency of recruitment,and bring convenience to candidates and admissions staffs.The transparency of enrollment process has been increased,and the standardization and consistency of data have been achieved.The pre-enrollment system of Higher Vocational Colleges studied and designed in this thesis has certain practical value.It is hoped that it can be popularized to the pre-enrollment system of Higher Vocational Colleges in the whole province after the use of a certain university in the province.
