The Design And Implementation Of Hebei Province Online Enrollment And Payment System For National Computer Rank Examination

National Computer Rank Examination undertaken by Hebei province is a test project sponsored by the National Education Examinations Authority.In recent years,this test in Hebei has grown rapidly.Its social influence became stronger gradually,and its enrollment scale is larger and larger year after year.The traditional registration mode of this test can't be keep up with the new situation,so it's urgent to develop a set of security and practical system to fulfill the registration and payment work online.In this paper,a system of registration and payment online based on B/S mode is designed in the way of Web.Three kinds of supporting technology including C#,Ado.net and Asp.net are adopted in the design exploitation of this system.Referring to the mature development model of enterprise application in current,this system is designed to be a clear hierarchical structure.In the designation,IIS(Internet Information Server)based on Windows Server is used as the application server,and SQL Server is used as the database server.This system is composed of foreground system and background system.Candidates can finish checking,enrolling,paying,etc.through foreground system.Administrators can finish parameter setting,data management,statistical archiving work and so on in background system.In the process of design and development of this system,the principles and norms of software engineering are strictly followed,the object oriented design principles and guidelines were used,and building an application system with high availability,security and flexibility is taken as the target.Considering the system scalability,the subclass inheritance with polymorphic functions is adopted in the key part of the system,so the code modules of this system have strong scalability.This system can be upgraded and rebuilt at a lower cost on the day after the requirements changed.This system can fulfill the registration and payment online conveniently.It will save the unnecessary waiting time for the candidates,reduce the probability of error in the process of registration,lower the labor intensity of the administrators in the systematic background,and improve the work efficiency.
