Remote education system is the trend of education development in the near future. Against issues arising from experimental education and remote education in college this paper explores next aspects:first, we discuss the history and future of remote experiment technology; thus we put forward the framework of CS4000system platform for remote experiment system; next, we introduce design scheme of remote experiment platform, and implement technology for real-time monitoring system and laboratory website; at last we test this system within the scope of LAN, the result of which proves that the system can reach the system demands, and is feasible.The main work is as follows:1. We discuss the research background and current development of remote experiment techniques, expound the development requirements of remote experiment platform based on CS4000system, make main arrangement of research contents and chapters.2. The overall frame of remote experiment system is introduced based on CS4000system platform, containing three main function modules:laboratory server program, remote client program, laboratory site, their main function. Late, we describe design thought and development method of CS4000system platform, server program, experiment remote control subsystem of client program and laboratory website system.3. We elaborate the design and development of experiment remote control subsystem; expound the function structure and development environment of CS4000system platform. In order to realize the communication function based on the Internet, the Internet transmission protocol and corresponding communication structure is expatiated. Details of design and development of lab server program and client program by using Kingview6.53are described. Laboratory control system function can meet the requirements, which contains point to point sending and receiving reaction curve, control parameters and experimental data through the Internet.4. We design and develop real-time video monitoring subsystem. We emphasis on how to use JAVA language to develop a real-time video surveillance program, which achieves the point to point transmission between laboratory data and client program. The development environment and software also have been discussed.5. Design and implementation of laboratory website contains aspects as follows:the whole structure of laboratory website design, web development software needed, database software MYSQL and laboratory database, finally the website each function module.
