With the rapid development of the Internet era,the informatization level of the logistics industry is also getting higher and higher.The logistics information comprehensive service platform will be produced,which is the integrated management of the resources of the entire logistics industry.Cold chain logistics is an important link to ensure the safety and quality of food and medicine.It is also a key embodiment to satisfy people's pursuit of food freshness and nutrition in daily life.The development of cold chain logistics is also inseparable from the support of information platform for cold chain logistics.The integration of resources has also become an inevitable need to adapt to social development.The traditional single cold chain logistics distribution model obviously cannot meet the needs of people's daily life and information development environment.It is an urgent requirement to build an information-based service platform with well-functioning and standardized cold chain logistics resources.This paper is based on the functional design of the cold chain information service platform built by Hangzhou Tongbiao Refrigeration Equipment Co.Ltd.and after reviewing the current research status of the cold chain transportation and logistics information platform and the recommended system technology involved in this study.Designed two functional modules for cargo matching and transportation cost settlement before cold chain transportation,and provided some reference opinions and research ideas for the construction of the cold chain logistics information service platform.Secondly,the model construction of the two functional modules is divided into three parts:First,a content-based recommendation algorithm and a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm are used to design a hybrid model of the refrigerated transport vehicle recommended by the merchant before shipment.This mathematical model is constructed based on all the source and source information in the platform,as well as the buyer user of the registration information,the rating record of the merchant of the cold chain driver,and all other scoring data received by the driver as the data source of the model.The second is to use the content-based recommendation algorithm and the collaborativefiltering recommendation algorithm to establish a hybrid model for the refrigerated truck driver's pre-departure system to recommend the source information,and recommend according to the similarity between the source and source information weights and the favorable rating of the shipping source owner.The third is to synthesize the mathematical formula of simplification and standardization based on the existing freight settlement formula combined with the least squares method and the linear regression equation.Establish the correlation of freight rates on the number of kilometers transported and calculate the regression equation by least squares method to calculate the freight.Finally,the experimental platform is selected and the relevant experimental data is obtained.Combined with the progress and requirements of the cold chain information service platform project development,the model established in this paper is verified.According to the verification situation,the feasibility and reference value of the two functional modules are obtained.
