| Office automation,as a kind of enterprise internal office system,effectively promotes the development of the global economy.The construction of information technology has become the only way for the development of various groups,enterprises and organizations.In this paper,we explore the establishment of office automation system in the electric power industry,the system requirements to meet the constraints of state laws and regulations and management,and can effectively improve the development of electric power enterprises,reduce operating costs and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.Around the easy to use,practical,advanced and applicable,safe and reliable principle,design and development of various functions.In this paper,we mainly study the demand for electric power enterprises informatization,obtains the power enterprise's OA system's main function modules including online communication,collaborative office,schedule management,news bulletin,administrative management,login and system management module,the system and the inherent relation between the function frame are obtained through the use case diagram,ER diagram,such as figure,the attempt is based on the third generation of the construction of OA system based on knowledge to improve the office efficiency of enterprises and enterprise's comprehensive competitiveness.In this paper,we first introduce the research status at home and abroad to the development of OA,the functional requirements of the OA system of the power industry,business processes,data flow and other detailed analysis,then pointed out that the overall design of the OA system,and explains in detail the design of each function module and database system,the coding to achieve the system,and the system testing.The overall implementation of the design goals of the system,has the function of high cost performance,simple operation and high reusability. |
