With the rapid development of the logistics industry,stereo warehousing has become the most important part of logistics.And how to carry out warehousing scientifically and rationally,improve the efficiency of warehousing operations,has been a key issue for many enterprises to reduce expenditure.Due to the late start of the stereo warehousing industry in China,there are some problems,such as low automation of the system,irregular design,low utilization of equipment and low operation efficiency.And Agent-based three-dimensional modeling and simulation technology is a new research method with auxiliary reference value in the information age,by using the advantages of Agent in describing the micro-details of the system,which is of great significance to assist in the stereo warehousing system construction,enhance operational efficiency,eliminate the bottleneck of the system,and promote the intellectualization,integration and informatization of the stereo warehousing.This paper takes the stereo warehousing system as the research object,and mainly completed the following research:(1)Based on parameterization,a parameterized modeling design process is proposed for static equipment(e.g stereo warehouse)in warehouse system.And the dynamic equipment(e.g stacker,robot)in warehouse system is modeled and solved based on topological structure;(2)The Agent modeling idea is introduced into the stereo warehousing system to realize functional layered abstraction and definition.Then the behavior of each agent is modeled by combining Petri net and formal language,and the mechanism of interaction between various components of the stereo warehousing system is explained to realize the dynamic operation simulation and logic analysis;(3)A four-layer architecture of warehouse system simulation consisting of physical layer,model layer,logic layer and service layer is proposed.Then three key technologies of simulation based on MAS are established,namely,stacker agent path planning algorithm,warehouse agent location allocation algorithm and three-dimensional visualization scene.;(4)Based on OSG and MFC,a visual stereo warehouse modeling and Simulation prototype system is designed and implemented.Then the validity and feasibility of the system design are verified by simulation examples.This paper can be used to guide the actual stereo warehousing construction.In addition,the feasibility of the scheme can be verified and the bottleneck of the system can be eliminated by the modeling and simulation method.The stereo warehouse system's intelligentizatiom is a longterm and continuous process.This paper only makes a preliminary exploration,the real leap from automation to intelligentization needs further research.
