Research On Application Integration Of ERP And CRM Systems In CA Company

With economic development and improvement of information technology,the expansion of enterprise scale and the abundance of business information,enterprise through the information technology systems of dealing with the business means more and more popular,in order to meet the various needs of the business has introduced the different information system,but between each system unable to realize sharing of resources,inefficient work,enterprise cost increase.This paper takes CA company as the research object,Under the background that CA company solved the integration of procurement and finance of supply chain through ERP system,CRM system solved customer relationship management and business opportunities tracking,after the two systems have been in parallel for a period of time,the repeated input of basic data and business data in different systems leads to a new problem that takes up a lot of manpower and material resources,this low efficiency pattern must also be solved through technical means,so that the two systems to achieve data sharing,hence the urgent need for system integration.The research adopted literature research method,comparative analysis method and in-depth interview method to comprehensively understand the current situation of the application of the company's information system,combined with Nolan model,modular theory and industry and finance integration theory to position the development stage of the company's information system,and conducted in-depth research on the application integration of ERP system and CRM system,put forward by the middle datebase of the form to complete the CA company human resources management system,CRM,ERP system and data transmission between import,formulate relevant rules and regulations and to full training to ensure that the CA company implement ERP system and the implementation of CRM system application integration,finally realizes the information sharing and business vouchers automatically make the foundation.In this paper,the CA company ERP and CRM system parallel problems were studied,during the application of CA company ERP and CRM systems integration put forward specific Suggestions and countermeasures of the integration of ERP and CRM system for companies to build in supply chain management as the goal,to establish a flexible information system to adapt to the internal and external environment,to improve and upgrade the company's information system has certain practical significance,the research of this paper have certain reference for other similar problems.
