Research On Logistics Distribution Management Optimization Of D Logistics Company

Modern logistics industry is the pillar industry of national economy,which is closely related to people ’s life.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the profit margin of the industry continues to decrease,so higher requirements are put forward for the operation management,customer service and cost control of logistics enterprises.As the end of the whole logistics system,logistics distribution has become an important breakthrough for logistics enterprises to reduce logistics costs,improve service levels and increase economic benefits.The goal of distribution management is to seek the balance between cost advantage and service advantage.It is of great practical significance and practical significance to study and solve the optimization problem of distribution management of logistics enterprises.This thesis takes D logistics company as the research object,and follows the principle of combining theory with practice.Firstly,it expounds the related concepts of logistics distribution and logistics distribution management from the theoretical point of view,and then analyzes the current situation of D logistics company’s distribution management.It points out that the company’s current distribution management has problems such as unclear organizational structure responsibility,lack of effective planning of distribution path,mismatch between distribution mode and enterprise development,and imperfect distribution management information system,and analyzes the reasons one by one.In view of the problems existing in the distribution management of D logistics company,this thesis puts forward solutions such as optimizing the organizational structure and functions,optimizing the distribution path by using the mileage saving method,optimizing the distribution mode based on the analytic hierarchy process,and improving the distribution management information system module.Through the comparison before and after the implementation of the plan,it is found that the total cost of distribution management after the optimization of D logistics company has been reduced,the total mileage of distribution has been reduced,and the informationization degree of distribution management has been improved,which has achieved preliminary results.It also provides an effective method for logistics enterprises to carry out scientific distribution management and has practical reference significance.
