| For the past few years,the integration between traditional financial industry and Internet industry has continued to deepen along with the gradual emergence of Internet finance,which is accelerated by the development of Internet,big data and other technologies.In addition,the development of social economy affects people's consumption level and consumption concept,and consumer financial services enter a period of accelerated development.In 2009,China Banking Regulatory Commission framed the business scope of consumer finance in the field of consumer credit.Among them,one of the common modes is consumption in advance through which the consumer entrusts loan platform to provide purchase fees to the service or product provider,and then the consumer can enjoy the service or product first before paying off the expense through installments.The research topic of this paper is originated from the revised design project,v2.0 of mobile terminal for financial merchant,and the author participated in the user experience department of Baidu finance during the internship in the process of postgraduate study.Baidu Financial merchant APP is known as a platform which provides loan-management services to the cooperative merchants of Baidu's financial business.Both the frontline staff and the management layer are able to recommend and deal with the financial projects which are cooperated with Baidu through the APP for financial merchants.Since its launch,a full range of version iteration has not been conducted for the APP,and accordingly APP design architecture is unable to match up with continuous development and adjustment of business,and therefore there is an urgent demand for the upgrade and promotion of the version 2.0.The whole project lasted for 4 months from setting up the project to its final launch,and it went through the process of research&investigation,demand analysis,interaction and interface visual design,development,and grayscale test.The author was mainly engaged in the works related to demand analysis,design research and interaction design of the project.Because of the complexity existing in the business of terminal B product,both the user's requirements and task flow were analyzed in the process of design by using design methods,for the purpose of understanding the users.In addition,the architecture of product information was adjusted by employing usage scenarios and purpose of users.Moreover,the storyboard and the method of hierarchical task analysis were employed to split the tasks of users and the frame structure of core page and the core process were redesigned.Moreover,the functions of performance statistics and message preview were added according to the specific requirement of the users.Moreover,the interaction process of information assessment was obtained by using the methods such as fast entry,which greatly improved user experience of the product from the levels of design and technology.The paper follows strictly the real process of project advancing and focuses on the interaction and vision design of the product.Firstly,research background,source of subject,research significance and were introduced.Secondly,the detailed description focused on use requirements,which were analyzed,understood,and integrated through a kind of design methods.Then,the complete designing scheme was produced by taking into account business requirements of products,and it further promoted the design process of the product launch.Finally,self-summary and reflection were conducted through review on the project. |
