In recent years, with the rapid growth of liquefied natural gas(LNG) in the proportion of the world’s energy consumption year by year, the growth of LNG vehicle would increase year by year. But how to know the capacity of LNG fuel vehicles? The answer is the capacitance sensor. It is used to measure the liquid level inside the LNG vehicle-mounted cylinder, the function of which is similar with the fuel gauge for the general vehicle. The current mainstream measurement scheme is a single capacitance sensor, but there are some problems with the measurement of liquid level in LNG vehicle in China. The measurement accuracy is not high(linearity error less than 7-10%). It may cause the error of energy consumption, which leads to vehicle broke down on the way.For the above problems, the topic of this paper is " Defined marketing strategy and application analysis of the dual capacitance LNG liquid level sensor", studies the working principle of the dual capacitance liquid level sensor, the application of double LNG liquid level sensor with improved structure and the LNG liquid level sensor marketing strategy, and has important practical engineering significance to the high precision measurement of LNG vehicles liquid level.This paper analyzes the working principle of the dual capacitance LNG liquid level sensor, 3 kinds of LNG liquid level sensor to improve the accuracy of the structure, and analyzes the dual capacitance LNG liquid level sensor marketing strategy, to provide an effective solution for marketing, and finally through the experimental verification, the dual capacitor LNG liquid level sensor 3 kinds of improved structure feasibility. Major outstanding work include:①In order to improve the measurement accuracy of LNG liquid level sensor, on the basis of analyzing the working principle of single capacitance sensor, studied the dual capacitance LNG liquid level sensor of automatic compensation function and production field free calibration; And improved the structural, for in-depth analysis of the 3 kinds of improved structural;②Due to market competition is fierce, the paper analyzes the product, market characteristics and competitors marketing strategy of LNG liquid level sensor, and deeply studies the marketing strategy of competitive power, and puts forward the development strategy of dual capacitance LNG liquid level sensor, which has important practical significance for the development of enterprises and the formation of new profit growth point.③ Through a large number of experimental and test data, verified the 3 kinds of improved structure of the dual capacitance LNG liquid level sensor is feasible, the test results show that the dual capacitance LNG liquid level sensors are running normal, the reference capacitance can effectively compensate for the measurement capacitance, so the accuracy is greatly improved(better than 3%), for the vehicle with LNG tank liquid level measurement provided a more cost-effective, quality and price ratio advantage of the measurement scheme.
