In the oil-well mining process, for understood the oil-well productive ability, the grasping production performance, surveys the oil-well liquid level is a regular work, the oil-well liquid level examination is one of oil well main test duties, only then determines the oil well correctly the fat liquor surface depth, can adopt the suitable extraction craft, enables the oil-well the productive rate to achieve the maximization.The oil-well liquid level generally uses the sound wave survey principle, namely the use sound wave disseminates in the air meets the obstacle to be able to have the reflection. oil-well liquid level measuring instrument launch sound pulse signal along oil jacket annulus to dissemination in the oil-well,it occurs the reflection pulse when meets obstacles,the returns sound pulse by the receiver receive, through compute liquid level depth which obtains. In order to enhance the precision and the success ratio of the liquid level test, this topic has mainly studied one kind of new oil well liquid level test instrument. First the paper has analyzed the question as well as the influence factor which exists in the actual test through introducing the oil well liquid level test basic principle,and has proposed elementary theory method and the mentality how to solves these question. Then the paper introduced the multi-sensor data fusion theory basic concept and the principle,we use the multi-sensor data fusion theory method and the fusion algorithm in the research and process to the gathering sound signal.Because the influence factor exists in the actual test,the sonic speed is not a constant in the oil-well dissemination,we can obtain the sonic speed formula through to analysis the sonic speed change rule,it can reduce the liquid level survey error. The hardware part mainly introduced data acquisition electric circuit's design principle of the level signal process circuit,and introduced the main electric circuit component. Finally the paper introduced basic function and the principle of the following electric circuit namely the data recording instrument, and given the picture of the oil well liquid level test instrument, then the paper analyzed the experimental result, it increased the test precision to a great extent and reduced the measuring error, so this research has achieved the design requirements.
