Application Of Meticulous Management In Software Maintenance

With the rapid development of information technology,software development and maintenance has become an important project management activity in the development of information technology.Software development project management has been widely valued,and the level of software development project management has been constantly improved.However,software maintenance project management has not received enough attention,and even many enterprises apply the management mode and method of software development project in software maintenance project management,without considering the particularity of software maintenance project,to a certain extent,it affects the effect of software maintenance project management.On the basis of introducing the basic theory of software maintenance project management and elaborate management,this paper introduces and analyzes the product maintenance software development process of M Company by using the methods of literature research and case study.On this basis,the feasibility of applying the fine management theory to software maintenance project management is analyzed.Through the actual software maintenance project case analysis within the company,from the quality,time and cost point of view,this paper discusses the advantages of T using Lean Thinking in software maintenance project development.From the perspective of application effect,in the M Company's software maintenance project,the cost of software maintenance project management is saved by12.5%,Achieving the target saving rate.I hope to provide some help and Enlightenment for the software maintenance project management of the company,and provide some reference for other companies.
