Research On Software Requirements Mangement Of Mercury Project In T Company

With the fast development of mobile communication and wireless technology,cell-phones are widely used as mobile tools in our daily life.In 2016,the global smartphone reached a new high of 1.47 billion units.With the growing popularity of smartphones,consumer demand began to shift from the basic functional areas to high-level demand,with more emphasis on product performance,security,aesthetic feeling.In recent years,innovative technologies have emerged in the smartphone market,ranging from full-scale screens,all-ceramic,dual-camera to the fast-charging software modules,fingerprint/face recognition,dual-system technology breakthroughs to artificial intelligence,virtual reality,and the advent of the late 5G technology.How to bring these dazzling requirements into the project step by step,how to incorporate the selling point demand of brand innovation into the time-consuming project development,software requirements management level is directly related to the success of the project,affecting the company's revenue and development.Based on the theory of modern project management and demand management,this paper studies the current project demand management model of T company by using literature,case analysis,investigation and comparison.At first,the paper introduces the main content and basic process of requirement management.Then,it deeply studies the main problems of requirement management in T Company and analyses the main reasons.Based on these reasons and the improvement points of Mercury project,this paper proposes a software requirement management model.This model includes: Process level,tools level and quality assurance level.The process layer provides an improved method and process for requirements managements;and provides guidance for how to better conduct requirements management.The tools layer presents several very practical requirements managements tools,and the quality layer provides a basic guarantee for the quality of requirements.Based on this new requirement management mode and the extension of the model,a new process and method of requirement management is put forward,which is applied to Mercury and other projects of the company,saves the cost of software development manpower,improves the progress of requirement management,and establishes the company's requirements database.It is helpful to our company's software development and requirement management.The research theory,practice process and conclusion of project software requirement management in this paper have certain reference significance for other similar enterprise software development requirement management.
