A Study On The Spread Of Lingnan Food Culture By Scholars Who Have Been To Lingnan In Song Dynasty

Lingnan is adjacent to the ocean,and has a rich terrain and a warm climate.This superior geographical environment gave birth to a unique Lingnan food culture.During the Song Dynasty,the population in the north moved to the south,and the trade on the Maritime Silk Road became more prosperous.Lingnan food culture benefited from the above factors and entered a shaping period.From the perspective of cultural dissemination,this article takes the spread of Lingnan food culture by scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty as the object of investigation.On the basis of collating the statistics of the poems and historical materials of the representative people about Lingnan food culture,Song poetry is the main analysis text.And other historical materials and texts are used for auxiliary analysis,in order to sort out the phenomenon of the scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty spreading Lingnan food culture.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background of the topic selection,the related research review and the research methods.The second chapter analyzes the background of the spread of Lingnan food culture in Song Dynasty.The development of the Song Dynasty official officer system and the Lingnan local official election system provided realistic conditions for the cross-regional movement of scholars.The prosperity of literature has left a lot of writings about Lingnan food culture.The opening of Dayuling Road caused a sharp increase in immigration from the Central Plains to Lingnan,and promoted the further integration of north and south food culture.The development of papermaking technology and printing technology has effectively promoted the trans-spatial-temporal spread of Lingnan food culture.The third chapter will systematically sort out the types of scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty.The scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty are mainly divided into three types: relegated scholars,Lingnan officials and travellers,and asylum-seekers.The former two are the most famous.In this chapter,while reviewing the scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty,Su Shi and Zhou Qufei are the representative figures.Their works are analyzed,and the specific content and sample value of the Lingnan food culture they spread are studied.The fourth chapter attempts to present the main content of the communication of Lingnan food culture with the scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty.Through the text analysis,we can see that the scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty paid attention to Lingnan food culture in four aspects,namely: focusing on rich and diverse cooking methods,promoting the health culture of the same origin of medicine and food,paying attention to the selection of utensils adapted to local conditions,and admiring the strange original Eating habits.The fifth chapter focuses on expressing the ways of the scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty to spread the Lingnan food culture.The spread of poetry and prose is the main method of spreading Lingnan food culture in Song Dynasty.The interpersonal communication among returnees and relatives also has a good communication effect.Finally,the influence of the scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty on the spread of Lingnan food culture will be assessed.This article believes that the scholars in Song Dynasty played an important role in promoting the integration of the north-south food culture and the promotion of the food culture in Lingnan.To a certain extent,the change of attitudes of the scholars who have been to Lingnan in Song Dynasty in spreading Lingnan food culture also changed the negative Lingnan cultural image constructed by previous generations of scholars.It laid the preconditions for Lingnan culture to go out of marginalization.
