In recent years, with the development of society, the Internet of Things has become an important part of people's lives. As the terrestrial network is greatly affected by the terrain conditions,it is difficult to achieve a world of interconnected things only by the terrestrial network,so the concept of the satellite Internet of Things came into being. The main difficulties currently faced by the Satellite Internet of Things are the dynamic changes of the satellite network topology,There are many types of IoT business,it is easy to cause link congestion, and satellite bandwidth resources are also very limited, and delays in requesting satellite resource allocation is also very high. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems encountered by the above-mentioned satellite Internet of Things, and studies the routing transmission and resource allocation in the satellite Internet of Things scenario. The main contents and innovations of this article are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of satellite link congestion caused by the large number of services in the satellite Internet of Things, this paper proposes a new intent-based routing solution. The routing scheme includes preprocessing algorithms and shortest path algorithms based on interplanetary links.Under the intent-based satellite Internet of Things system model, the preprocessing algorithm analyzes the user's needs and priorities through intent, and the intent model detects the network congestion state to determine whether the user is connected. Then, the shortest path algorithm based on the inter-satellite link is used to determine the next hop of the satellite through the interstellar link and logical location between the source satellite and the destination satellite, thereby finding a route with the smallest transmission delay. It can be known from the simulation test that the routing scheme has good performance in average end-to-end delay, network packet loss rate and network throughput.(2)Aiming at the problems of limited satellite bandwidth resources and high request delay in the satellite Internet of Things, this paper proposes a satellite bandwidth resource allocation scheme based on Markov theory.First, establish a Markov state transition chain based on satellite traffic, and reduce terminal request delay by predicting satellite traffic. Then,a prediction threshold is set up to determine the traffic flow when allocating bandwidth by comparing the amount of error between the predicted amount and the actual amount of time. Finally, queue up different types of services, and arrange high-priority services to allocate resources first. It is verified by simulation test that the scheme has good performance in terms of time delay, request success rate, actual amount of resources obtained and business blocking rate.
