With the rapid development of science and technology, space with its small satellite formation flying system has been paid more and more attention by the international aerospace fields because of its great advantages in reliability, cost, performance and other aspects, as well as a broad application prospects Inter-satellite communication bears the mission of information interaction between two small satellites, the small satellite and relay satellite, the relay satellite and the earth synchronous satellite mission. Satellite resources on its power and bandwidth are limited, so improve the utilization rate of resources is very important. In this thesis, by constructing inter-satellite communication system capacity model, considering the different link with different channel conditions, a kind of coordination communication bandwidth and power allocation algorithm is put forward, the Lagrangian duality theory and the subgradient method is adopted to solve the optimization problem. The simulation results show that the algorithmcan effectively increase the system capacity, improve the utilization rate of resources, for different link resources reasonable allocation of bandwidth and power, The main work of this thesis includes:1、The thesis summarizes the development and status of inter-satellite all over the world, and emphatically analyses the star communication between resource allocation and research.2、The thesis introduces the feature of inter-satellite link, analyzes the type and frequency of the link between them. After that, the thesis summarizes the link between the stars communication system, and analyses the loss of the link between the stars.3、The thesis focus on the main approach to the allocation of resources, put forward the coordinate bandwidth and power allocation algorithm. Through the establishment of model algorithm and convex optimization algorithm, and application of two Lagrangian dual method and the subgradient method, to complete the inter satellite communication bandwidth and power allocation scheme of joint optimization.
