The Communication Status Analiysis Of The Chinese Government Affairs WeChat

The rapid developments of WeChat,micro-blog and other instant message applications,is one of the main features of the "Internet +" era.Also,"Internet +" is penetrating the development of Chinese political affairs.At present,government affairs WeChat,the governmental websites,the governmental micro-blog government has been the major e-government affairs platform.This article puts government affairs WeChat in the core of my research.Through content analysis,case study and documents' review,this research tends to analyze and describe the current development of government affairs WeChat in china.Besides,this paper also discusses the current problem and developmental strategy.This paper contains four parts.In part 1,domestic and foreign pertinent documents should be summarized accordingly.Part2 is about WeChat and government affairs WeChat analysis.The part firstly analyzes the characteristics of WeChat public platform,then,defines the concept of government affairs WeChat,and deals with the development process and the reason analysis,finally summarizes the propagation characteristics of government affairs WeChat.In part 3,using "five w" mode,which put forward by Lasswell,this paper has research on government affairs WeChat through the disseminator,audience,communication content,media and communication effect of government affairs WeChat.In the study of communicators,current development research and cause analysis comes from the executive level distribution,regional distribution and industry distribution;Delivering content research combined with content analysis method,from the theme content,the form of information and interactive mode;In media analysis,this paper discusses the mass communication ability of WeChat public platform from many angles;In government affairs WeChat audience research,references to "uses and satisfaction" principle,audience demand are summarize from the information requirements,political engagement and emotional needs;Finally,the political function and social function of government affairs WeChat communication effect is analyzed.The part 4 discusses the problems,such as the lack of institutionalguarantee,lack of reasonable positioning and linkage effect,operating loss and interactive mechanism is not enough.Finally,suggestions are proposed such as the system standardization,institutionalization of regional development,operation and interactive enrichment,so that all levels of party and government organs,institutions will better use all kinds of organization affairs WeChat.The government affairs WeChat will be a important role as communication bridges between the government and people.I hope this article could be transmitted to our country government affairs WeChat status analysis and future development.Under the background of the era of"Internet +",this article have certain reference value from the perspective of the e-government WeChat systematic research.
